In 2022, I traded Portland, Oregon's cold, wet winters for Guanajuato Capital, its beauty, climate, and culture stopped me in my tracks. But finding the right property was a puzzle with missing pieces. I'd spent months looking online from abroad. I'd sent wish lists to several local agents. On arriving each one was kind and eager to show me their own short list. But with no single place to see it all, I was house hunting, hoping to get lucky, quite sure I was not seeing the full picture.

Some places were out of my budget or simply out of the question. Finally I was shown a piece of land with a million-dollar view. No house. Just possibility. So I guess luck was on my side.

Then I met Ari. She had worked inside an agency and been a buyer here herself, so she knew the challenge from both sides. We strategized over coffee, mountain walks, and street tacos, and landed on the same belief: seeing one's

options shouldn't be so difficult. So we became the change we wished to see. Moxie is our answer.
