Paying your property tax (known as el predial) is fairly simple.

One option is to pay online through the municipal government's predial payment portal. There you select your account type (urbana or rústica), which appears at the top of your predial statement. Next you enter your "número de cuenta" — also printed at the top of the statement. Be sure to begin with the first letter and then include the remaining digits; the full number should be 10 characters. From there you can pay through the banks listed, or print the banking details and pay at the bank of your choice.

Alternatively, you can pay in person at one of the predial cashier windows located in the municipal government offices during regular business hours.
