Guanajuato Capital stopped me in my tracks. But even before I arrived, I sensed the real estate market here would be a maze. I reached out to agents online, shared my budget and my vision, land or a home I could transform, and waited.

The early viewings felt a bit like a reality show gone wrong. Some properties were way out of budget. Others were so far off my aesthetic map I might as well have been house-hunting on Mars. Then one agent showed me a piece of land with a million-dollar view. No house yet. Just possibility. I embraced my next project with enthusiastic trepidation.

I discovered Guanajuato had no centralized listing system. No single source showed everything available.

Then I met Ari. She knew this city, this market, and this problem from the other side. Over many coffee dates, we kept circling the same conversation. It became a bit of an obsession, until one day, Moxie was born.
